MS. MARSHA FOSTER Hello! My name is Ms. Foster and I am so excited to be back at Medlock Elementary School as a TAG teacher!
I am originally from Phenix, Virginia. I served active duty in the Air Force for about 13 years. After volunteering in my child's first grade class, I decided that instead of training adults, I wanted to teach children...best decision of my life! I still serve, but as a Citizen Airman in the Air Force Reserves, responsible for medical readiness training for the members of the 413th ASTS (medical unit) at Robins AFB.
I graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), home of the Running Rebels. Immediately after, we moved to Georgia and we are happy to call it home.
I have three amazing children, Lauren, Jordan and Nicholas. Lauren graduated from UGA in 2015 and works in New York. Both Jordan and Nicholas attend Georgia State University. This is my 15th year doing what I love, teaching. I have taught 1st, 2nd and 4th grades. My first three years were here at Medlock Bridge, and I am thrilled to be back as a Mustang!
